This weekend The Hot Room Leadership Institute brought together a group of 26 unique individuals in Indianapolis & virtually to participate in Yin yoga teacher training facilitated by @dennisandkathylang. Dennis & Kathy led these students through an immersive weekend where they learned about yin vs. yang, yin histories & philosophies, posture breakdowns, meridian theory, and so much more.
